Trice Headlines Supercar Sunday at The Priest House

The Priest House by the River welcomed an impressive line up of performance machines for their Summer Supercar Sunday, an event that brought together car enthusiasts for a day of community, live music, and food, with Porsche racing driver Toby Trice among the star attractions.

Toby’s Porsche Cayman race car proved to be a major talking point among the guests, not least for its striking livery and the opportunity to hear first hand how it compares to its road-going counterpart, the Porsche Cayman GT4 RS.

“It was really great to display our Porsche Cayman at the Supercar Sunday event,” Toby said. “I always love talking about the car and how it differs to the road-going Porsche Cayman GT4 RS. People were fascinated by the stand-out livery, and it was a pleasure to share my passion with them.”

Guests were treated to a special Q&A session with Toby, hosted by Jake Brook, where he spoke about his racing career and his Racing for Fertility campaign. The session was followed by a meet and greet, giving attendees the chance to connect with the professional driver in a more personal setting.

“I was grateful for The Priest House to host a Q&A session,” Toby added. “It’s always great to share my racing stories and career to date, but most importantly, raise awareness for our Racing for Fertility campaign. There were so many guests in attendance, and it was fantastic to see like-minded people together who love cars.”

Events like Supercar Sunday also demonstrate the growing importance of community gatherings. “These kinds of events are so valuable,” Toby explained. “They bring like-minded people together and build community, which I believe is so important these days. In an age where mental health is talked about more, creating fun events like this, especially those around cars, can really make a difference.”

The event not only entertained but also carried a powerful message through Toby’s campaign, leaving many guests feeling inspired. “I hope the guests felt inspired by my story, especially in becoming more aware of fertility and how it can affect people. It’s such a common situation couples find themselves in now, and awareness like this is key to being supportive to one another.”

Toby also praised The Priest House for delivering an event that benefitted both the community and local businesses. “These events are always valuable to the venues, as they bring great people together and help promote the venue itself. I’m very grateful for the opportunity, and of course, it gives me a chance to promote my sponsors to a different demographic and activate our partnerships.”

As the day drew to a close, Toby admitted to one personal highlight: “My favourite car of the show was the Porsche Singer, what a bucket list and beautiful car that was!”
